IMAX Theatre Technology Attendees got a rare look into the workings of an IMAX theatre. The program included a tour of the projection booth and audio system, an explanation of IMAX technology, and an excerpt from the current feature Magnificent Desolation. The tour also included the new planetarium by Dassault Système.

Multiformat realtime 3D character generation A demonstration of a multiformat broadcast graphics system suited to a news or master control application. The system integrates traditional character generators, still and clip stores and video effects in a modular system capable of 2D and 3D animation outputs without the need for pre-rendering.
